Supported by the European Union within the framework of the DT4UA project, implemented by the e-Governance Academy, these services allow eligible Ukrainians to apply for mobilisation postponement online, providing a streamlined, accessible solution without the need for in-person visits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The update offers postponement options for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Persons with disabilities holding an active disability pension certificate;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students and postgraduate students that continue their education.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0This is just the beginning. The postponement for other categories is to be launched soon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Through these new features, Reserv+ offers an efficient, automated way for users to submit postponement requests. Once eligibility is confirmed, the postponement status is digitally reflected in the user\u2019s electronic military document, simplifying procedures and reducing administrative burdens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cUkrainians will no longer need to wait in lines or collect documents to renew their draft postponement every three months. This also relieves Territorial Draft Centres staff from additional administrative burden. Most importantly, by launching online postponements, we continue to expand the ecosystem of products for conscripts, helping them address their needs not through waiting lines, but with just a few minutes and a smartphone,\u201d<\/em> said <strong>Kateryna Chernogorenko<\/strong>, Deputy Minister of Defence for Digitalisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This digital solution is designed with inclusivity at its core. It spares people with disabilities, students, and fathers with three or more children from the repeated, often burdensome requirement of visiting draft offices to confirm their eligibility. Now, individuals who may, for example, have had disabilities since childhood no longer need to physically prove their status every few months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cThese new digital services for Ukrainian draftees underscore the strength of our collaboration with Ukraine\u2019s Ministry of Defence, European Union and other key partners. The e-Governance Academy is honoured to support Ukraine\u2019s digital transformation that directly impacts both army management and the lives of millions of Ukrainians,\u201d<\/em> noted <strong>Hannes Asto<\/strong>k, Chairman of the Management Board of the e-Governance Academy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This service expansion was funded by the EU within the DT4UA project, implemented by the e-Governance Academy, and made possible through extensive collaboration between Ukraine\u2019s Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Social Policy, Ministry of Justice, and the Pension Fund.
