He is the architect of the E-dem platform, which is used in Ukraine by an approximate number of 2 million citizens, as well as by 500 local governments. He managed the project E-grants \u2013 a platform of state grants for non-governmental organizations. He had worked for more than 5 years in the Swiss-Ukrainian program of international technical assistance EGAP, which is carried out in Ukraine by the Eastern Europe Foundation, as E-Democracy Component coordinator. Prior to that, he worked as an expert in the field of public finance at the NGO Center for Political Studies and Analytics &#8220;Eidos&#8221;. He was involved in the development and implementation of the Law of Ukraine On the Openness of the Use of Public Finance and in the creation of e-platforms Spending and OpenBudget.
