Modernisation of the Unified Interagency Information System for Admission of Foreign Applicants to Higher Education Institutions

Within the framework of the DT4UA project funded by the European Union, the e-Governance Academy (Estonia) has announced a tender for the provision of services to modernise the Unified Interagency Information System for the Admission of Foreign Applicants to Higher Education Institutions.

According to a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, a pilot project is being implemented to organise the online admission of foreigners and stateless persons to higher education facilities and internships. During the system’s modernisation in 2021-2023, the need to develop additional important functionality was identified to ensure increased control and security of foreigners’ stay in Ukraine.

As part of the tender, the potential winner will work on modernising the electronic cabinets of various system participants, including the Security Service, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the State Border Guard Service.

The deadline to apply for the tender is 29 April 2024. Detailed conditions of participation and technical requirements can be found on the Estonian public procurement portal at https://riigihanked.riik.ee/rhr-web/#/procurement/6296976/general-info
