DT4UA

The Project’s budget is 17.4 mln EUR (November 2022 – April 2025) Being a part of a large-scale European Union assistance, the DT4UA project supports the digital transformation of Ukraine. DT4UA contributes to the development of e-governance in Ukraine, strengthening the efficient and secure provision of public services for citizens and businesses. DT4UA continues the work of the EU4DigitalUA project and helps Ukraine to improve digital infrastructure and public e-services in accordance with EU standards. Thanks to the project, millions of Ukrainians suffering from the war will be able to interact with the state safely and effectively, receiving important public services both inside and outside Ukraine.

 

 

 

Areas of work

  1. Development of electronic public services and their ecosystem
  2. Improvement of data exchange between registries and state agencies
  3. Approximation of Ukraine’s e-ID infrastructure to the EU standards
  4. Digitalisation of the criminal justice system

The project’s tasks:

  1. To improve state institutions’ capacity to develop and deliver e-services.
  2. To modernise the Vulyk information system for Diia centers (Administrative Service Centers) and enhance citizens’ access to public services.
  3. To update Trembita data exchange system and improve the quality and security of critical state registers.
  4. To harmonise Ukrainian digital identity and signature with the EU standards.
  5. To launch an e-Case management system for efficient and transparent processing of criminal cases, including war crimes.
