Flash report #8

We are happy to present our 8th flash report and the work of EU4DigitalUA’s Component 4 which is aimed at providing necessary capacities to key stakeholders for the design and implementation of e-services, incliding the complex ones.

The main expected results of Component 4 are:

 • Implementation of a methodology for development and reengineering of e-services;

 • Creation or definition of development tools and a testbed platform for e-services;

 • Establishment of the State E-services Competence Centre;

 • Creation of 25-50 new e-services, including 10-20 mobile services and 3-5 complex services.
