Our experts work with Ukrainian government officials to ensure that citizens and businesses have access to even more high-quality and easy-to-use e-services. The DT4UA team is involved in development of new services for the Diia portal and mobile application.
To take public service digitalisation to the next level, the project team, in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, is already actively working on the creation of a Digital Competence Centre. This centre will enable Ukrainian institutions and other stakeholders to independently and conveniently develop digital services using the best international and national practices and tools gathered in one place.
The Project also plans to modernise the Vulyk information system for the Administrative Service Centres. This will make public services even more accessible to every citizen.
