Development of the Vulyk Software

Within the DT4UA project, funded by the European Union, the E-Governance Academy has announced a tender for the creation of the Vulyk software for Administrative Service Centers (ASC).

Among the objectives for the development of the “Vulyk” software:

  • Creation of a new “Vulyk” Information System architecture to enhance the system’s operational capabilities.
  • Ensuring effective cooperation between ASCs and service providers through the Electronic Interaction System of Executive Authorities.
  • Integration with the State Service Register – standardizing service names in all ASC/Diya centres.
  • Integration with the Unified State Address Register.
  • Providing opportunities for further integration of “Vulyk” IS with the information systems of service providers.
