Kateryna Onyiliogwu is an expert in international development and digital transformation. She has over eight years of experience in leadership roles across diverse international technical assistance projects focused on policy development, capacity building, communication, and innovation. Additionally, Kateryna worked at the Open Data Institute in London and was invited as an expert to contribute to international projects abroad.

Kateryna holds a Master of Global Management with honours from American University Kyiv and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics with honours from the University of Westminster, UK.
