Oleksandr Kozlov

eID and Trust Services Lead.

Oleksandr Kozlov supports the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and other interested parties on further development of the digital identification system and trust services. He is responsible for delivering respective recommendations on electronic trust services with a view to a possible agreement based on an approximation to the EU legislation and standards.   

Oleksandr has over 3 years of experience in governmental bodies of Ukraine, working on the implementation of complex digitalisation projects, European integration, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation. He coordinated a cross-border eSignature pilot between Ukraine and Estonia, creating technological opportunities for e-signing between EU member states and a third country.
