Roman Matviichuk

E-services environment Lead.

Roman Matviichuk is responsible for preparing the methodology for the e-services of Ukraine. Previously, Roman worked in various positions related to IT development in the public sector and local government and in several international technical assistance projects in Ukraine, including the U-LEAD with Europe program and EGAP.

He has more than 10 years of experience in organising design, management, and implementation of information systems in various levels of complexity. Roman has also participated in the creation of numerous administrative service centres in Western Ukraine and participated in the development of Ukrainian legislation in the field of administrative services. He is the author of several articles and tutorials on administrative services and e-government.
