Serhii was involved in the development of e-governance and e-democracy legislation. He is the architect of the E-dem platform, which is used in Ukraine by an approximate number of 2 million citizens, as well as by 500 local governments. He managed the project E-grants – a platform of state grants for non-governmental organizations. He had worked for more than five years in the Swiss-Ukrainian program of international technical assistance EGAP, which is carried out in Ukraine by the Eastern Europe Foundation, as E-Democracy Component coordinator. He Prior to that, he worked as an expert in the field of public finance at the NGO Center for Political Studies and Analytics “Eidos”. He was involved in the development and implementation of the Law of Ukraine On the Openness of the Use of Public Finance and in the creation of e-platforms Spending and OpenBudget. Serhii is an active member of the Open Government Partnership community in Ukraine.
