Flash report #5

Present our 5th flash report and the cybersecurity activities of Component 5. One of the most interesting tasks is to develop a module for personal data protection of the Trembita system and an interface that will allow citizens to track the facts of access to their data.

Many countries around the world have already embarked on implementing monitoring and controlling access to personal data, and Estonia is a clear example of successful implementation. That is why both the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine and the best world practices and recommendations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), were applied to the formation of technical requirements for the module of personal data protection of the Trembita system.
