Evaluation of Presentation Attack Detection Technology for Diia.Signature

Within the framework of the European Union-funded DT4UA project, the e-Governance Academy (Estonia) announces a tender for the procurement of independent evaluation of the Presentation Attack Detection (PAD) technology used in Diia.Signature for face recognition. 

The assessment of PAD technology shall be carried out in accordance with ISO/IEC 30107-3, and the assessment of biometric performance shall be carried out according to ISO/IEC 19795-2.

The PAD assessment shall cover PAD 1 and PAD 2. The contractor shall also prepare a test report, prepared in accordance with ISO and NIST specifications, containing a performance assessment, as well as a letter of confirmation of compliance with ISO/IEC 30107-3.

In addition to PAD testing, the contractor is expected to conduct a biometric performance assessment in accordance with ISO/IEC 19795-2. Based on the results, a test report with relevant metrics and a letter of compliance will be provided.
