Implementation of ECDSA e-signature algorithms in Diia.Signature

Deadline: 09.08.2022

Estonia’s e-Governance Academy, within the EU4DigitalUA project funded by the European Union, announced a tender for the procurement of services for the implementation of ECDSA (Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm) electronic signature algorithms in the remote qualified electronic signature technology, Diia.Signature.

The goal is to implement the remote creation of an electronic signature for the Diia mobile application and to perform regulatory procedures for the creation and maintenance of public key certificates, as well as the creation and verification of a paired (split) advanced electronic signature.

Software modules for the generation of personal keys of an improved electronic signature with the implementation of the secret sharing mechanism between the Diia portal’s mobile application in a smartphone and the network cryptomodule must be developed and configured, as well as software modules for generating and managing the status of certificates of public keys of a paired (split) improved electronic signature.

Applications for participation in the tender are accepted until 9 August 2022. More information in Ukrainian and English can be obtained on the public procurement portal of Estonia: https://riigihanked.riik.ee/rhr-web/#/procurement/4731900/notices/notice/3111442/general-info
