Purchase of server equipment for the Unified State Demographic Register

The e-Governance Academy (Estonia) announces a tender to purchase server equipment for the State Migration Service of Ukraine. As part of the tender, the winner must supply four servers and related equipment that will ensure the effective and uninterrupted functioning of the Unified State Demographic Register.

Server equipment must meet the following requirements:

1. Be completely new, manufactured in 2023.
2. Quality must meet state standards, technical regulations and legislation on quality indicators.
3. The supplier must be an official partner of the manufacturer of the proposed equipment.
4. Warranty service must be carried out by service centers authorized by the manufacturer or an official manufacturer representative.
5. The term of equipment’s delivery should be at most 120 calendar days.
