Tender for development of communication campaigns

The object of the contract is the technical assistance services for development of strategy for
communication campaigns aimed at groups of users of electronic services (eServices) in Ukraine.

With these information or communication campaigns it is intended to cause the following impact:

  • inform citizens and other target audiences about available electronic services;
  • promote the use of these electronic services and thereby expand the use of eServices, compared to paper services;
  • increase the visibility of the “EU4DigitalUA” project.

The strategy developed will allow the planning and implementation of comprehensive communication
campaigns by the “EU4DigitalUA” Project in coordination with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of
Ukraine (MDT). The main objective of these campaigns is to inform citizens and companies of the
electronic services available and thereby increase the number of users of these services.
