As part of the eDozvil (e-Permit) project, the first service is now available — a declaration of compliance of the material and technical base with labor protection requirements. Previously, registering this document through the State Labor Territorial Center could take up to five days. Now, entrepreneurs can submit it within seconds. The e-Permit project is implemented by the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, and is funded by the European Union through the EU4DigitalUA project, implemented by FIIAPP.
The e-Permit project is part of the comprehensive e-Entrepreneur service on the Diia portal.
“Thanks to e-Permit, entrepreneurs will save the time previously spent on processing and obtaining licenses, certificates, declarations, and other permit documents. These changes will benefit a wide range of businesses. Last year, more than 13,200 entrepreneurs submitted such a declaration, and in just the first seven months of this year, nearly 8,000 have done so. We expect this digital tool to ease business operations,” said Yulia Svyrydenko, First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
The declaration of compliance of the material and technical base is a document that enterprises operating heavy machinery and mechanisms must submit to the State Labor Office. In the past, some declarations were returned due to incorrect completion, requiring the process to be restarted.
With e-Permit, submitting an incorrectly prepared declaration is no longer possible. The system will detect errors during the submission process and alert users, allowing them to make corrections immediately. If the system accepts the declaration, no returns will occur.
How to use the service:
The decision to launch the e-Permit was adopted by the Government at a meeting on July 5, 2024. Entrepreneurs will be able to quickly submit applications and obtain permits, pay for administrative services, clarify information about the enterprise, etc. First of all, the Ministry of Economy plans to digitize the receipt of the 9 most massive permits and licenses (including the declaration of compliance of the material and technical base with labor protection requirements).
The project is also supported by DT4UA, managed by the E-Governance Academy.
