Development of public electronic services and their components

Deadline: 23.07.2021

The EU4DigitalUA project plans to develop complex public electronic services. Complex services are services that combine different public services of different authorities to facilitate the receiving of services in accordance with the life events of the customer. In order to develop each separate complex service, a separate procurement will be made. At the same time, realizing that the development of certain services may require the modernization of certain government information systems and/or the creation of services of interactions between different systems, this procurement is carried out. Accordingly, the work to be carried out in the framework of this procurement should be aimed to implement both specific electronic services and in order to implement comprehensive complex e-services.
