Procurement of equipment for development and testing of Diia portal and application services

The Estonian e-Governance Academy, within the framework of the DT4UA project funded by the European Union, has launched a tender for the purchase of hardware and smartphones for the State Enterprise Diia. This equipment should ensure high-quality testing of the new functionalities of the Diia mobile application, which appear as new public services and features are added to the application.

As part of the tender, the winner must supply computer equipment for the development, testing and debugging of mobile applications on the iOS operating system. To ensure continuous and effective testing of the Diia mobile application, the successful bidder must also supply a number of smartphones that are the most popular with users and have complaints or inaccuracies in the display of interfaces.

The computer equipment and smartphones must meet the following requirements:

  1. be brand new or refurbished by the manufacturer and free from defects related to design, materials and quality
  2. have software that meets the settings and standards set by the manufacturer
  3. the equipment manufacturer must have a service centre in Kyiv
