Procurement of equipment for the State Enterprise Diia

Within the framework of the DT4UA project funded by the European Union, the e-Governance Academy (Estonia) announces a tender for the purchase of computer equipment and other hardware for the State Enterprise Diia. As part of the tender, the winner will supply laptops, monitors, video conference solutions and other equipment. 

The equipment should support the operation of the Digital Competence Centre at the State Enterprise Diia. The Digital Competence Centre is a hub of knowledge and applied skills for the development of e-services that will help government agencies develop digital solutions. In the future, it should allow for a significant acceleration of the digitalisation of services by providing information and tools for both the technical development of the service and the regulatory framework. 

The equipment must meet the following requirements:

  1. it must be brand new, free of defects related to design, materials and quality;
  2. the goods must be delivered to the territory of Ukraine on DDP terms in accordance with INCOTERMS 2020;
  3. the equipment manufacturer must have a service centre in Kyiv.

The deadline for submitting an application for participation in the tender is 26 July 2024, 11:00 am.
